    Information we collect

    We collect this information when you schedule an appointment, submit a referral, apply to join our provider network, opt in to SMS messages, or contact our office.

    How we use your information

    Sharing with network providers

    When you book or are referred, we share the information needed to deliver your appointment with the licensed provider assigned to you. Providers bill and keep clinical records in their own systems.

    SMS communications

    If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Brightside Clinic and the Bright Network about appointments, care coordination, referrals and administrative updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help, or call 888-417-5250.

    We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Because text messages are not always encrypted, please do not share sensitive medical information by text.

    Data protection

    We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information in line with applicable healthcare privacy laws. Our service providers are contractually required to protect your information.

    Program description

    Brightside Clinic and the Bright Network send text messages to clients, referral partners, network providers and authorized contacts about appointment scheduling and reminders, care coordination, referral status, and administrative updates. These messages are informational, not marketing, unless you separately agree to marketing messages.

    Opt-in

    By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Brightside Clinic and the Bright Network. You may opt in through website forms, our scheduling page, referral forms, intake paperwork, documented verbal consent, or other written or electronic consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving services.

    Message frequency and charges

    Message frequency varies with appointments, referral activity and service needs. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

    Opt-out and help

    Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call 888-417-5250.

    Confidentiality

    Text messages may not be encrypted. Please do not send sensitive medical or protected health information by text.
